The Challenge
Defence commitments were set to increase, in turn increasing demand and complexity e.g. NATO, CEPP, DE, etc. FLC requests were analogue in nature with fax machine as the primary movements request means. This all against a backdrop of manual processes; no clear roles, responsibilities or decision right. 16 fragmented data sources of individual spreadsheets with no fiscal governance or sight of the forward Defence plan.

Squarcle gathered a vast array of data from the client's Supply and Commercial teams securely and without operational disruption. Conducted options analysis from the design phase. Selected the technology approach and rapidly developed a suite of low code applications from platform planning/scheduling to digital workflow. Implemented a planning capability at a regular cadence using advanced analytics to enhance decision making.
