The client was in the initial stages of delivering a large business modernisation programme. The programme seeks to deliver efficiency by investing in ambitious digitally enabled business support network transformation. The aim was to assess the progress of the programme and develop interventions when considering the workforce, training and how that would affect policy and impact the business architecture.

Squarcle assessed the maturity of the Workforce Planning, Training and Policy aspects of the programme deliverables, considering a workforce in excess of 35,000 personnel.
Reviewed Personas, User Stories and established As-Is data in support of programme deliverables. Conducted RAIDO analysis in order to down select 7 exploit opportunities from c250 options. Highlighted complex stakeholder mapping required for the 3 functional areas. Identified and engaged with stakeholders (not previously engaged with) across the workforce to help identify programme delivery problems.
The Results
Designed and delivered a bespoke 5 stage process to assess the implementation plan and recognised that detailed stakeholder segmentation and change journeys will need to be put in place to deliver success
