Case Study: Two FTSE 100 Companies
Improved Supply Chain Resilience
The Challenge
The client managed a highly volatile supply chain comprising a broad and complex portfolio of suppliers and parts that was highly susceptible to supply chain shocks and lacked resilience. The supply chain and suppliers included relationships with long-standing suppliers to highly specialised and local SMEs. In particular, the reliance on, and performance of, niche suppliers had a disproportionate impact on the business.

The Squarcle Solution

Identified and engaged stakeholders across the client business to understand the problem and define any knowledge, skills and experience gaps. Gathered in a vast array of data from the client’s Supply and Commercial Teams. Conducted resilience assessments of the Tier 1 suppliers, contractual environment and the physical supply chain.
