Meet the Team
Leadership Team
Our core values are the foundation of our culture, shaping our identity, actions, and approach to everything we do. Built upon eight key themes, these values serve as a compass that guides our interactions with clients, contractors, and employees alike, while also setting clear expectations for all parties involved.
By embracing these values, we establish a common understanding of what it means to be part of the Squarcle community. They communicate our commitment to integrity, collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Our values also provide assurance to our stakeholders, outlining the standards they can expect from us in terms of service delivery and overall engagement.

Our Team
At Squarcle, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We place a paramount value on fostering a company culture built on collaboration, where we prioritise the success of each team member and embrace a spirit of knowledge sharing. This same ethos of approachability, flexibility, motivation, and responsiveness extends to our new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from day one, just like our valued clients.
Armed Forces Covenant
Here at Squarcle, we are immensely proud of the work our team does to support the Service Community and help us honour our pledge to the Armed Forces Covenant. The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise to the nation that those who serve or have served are not disadvantaged and uses a 3-tier employer recognition scheme (Bronze, Silver and Gold). We are proud that Squarcle has been awarded the Gold status.
This prestigious award is a testament to our unwavering commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community. At Squarcle, we believe in fostering a workplace that values the skills, dedication, and unique perspectives that veterans, reservists, and their families bring to our team.

Good Employment Charter
Squarcle is proud supporter of the West of England Good Employment Charter. We’ve joined the Charter to raise the standards of employment in the West of England, benefitting both our business and our employees.
The West of England Good Employment Charter will set the standard for working practices in the region. Supporting businesses of any size or sector to improve investment in their staff, enabling more inclusive, equitable and sustainable working practices, positively benefitting people, society, and the wider economy. The Good Employment Charter aims to support employers to create workplaces that embrace the characteristics of good employment. The Charter is based on seven characteristics of good employment including security, flexibility, wellbeing and development.

Living Wage Foundation
Squarcle is accredited as a Living Wage Employer. Our Living Wage commitment will see everyone working at Squarcle, directly and indirectly, receive a minimum hourly wage significantly higher than the government minimum for over 23s.
Katherine Chapman, Director, Living Wage Foundation said: “We’re delighted that Squarcle Consulting Ltd has joined the movement of almost 9,000 responsible employers across the UK who voluntarily commit to go further than the government minimum to make sure all their staff earn enough to live on.''
Community Race at Work Charter
We are pleased to announce we are now a signatory of the Business in the Community Race at Work Charter. Ethnic minorities still face significant disparities in employment and progression, and that is something we need to change. The Charter is composed of seven calls to action for leaders and organisations across all sectors. Signing the Charter means taking practical steps to ensure workplaces are tackling barriers that Black, Asian, Mixed Raced and other ethnically diverse people face in recruitment and progression and that their organisations are representative of British society today.

Mental Health at Work Commitment
We are committed to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of all of our staff. That’s why we’ve taken the Mental Health at Work Commitment and are currently delivering a programme of activities to ensure that everyone can have open and honest conversations about their wellbeing in the workplace and feel supported. We encourage applications from persons with experience of poor mental health and are committed to supporting our employees to fulfil their potential and perform at their best in work.

Cyber Essentials Plus
We are exceptionally proud to announce that we have recently been awarded our Cyber Essentials Plus certification. Cyber Essentials Plus is the highest level of certification within the Government-backed Cyber Essentials scheme that was launched in 2014. The scheme helps organisations to implement fundamental security controls to protect against cyber attacks.

Transforming supply chains with expert insight, digital innovation, and data-driven precision.
